Hello !!! I am Jennifer Metze. I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is board-certified to diagnose and treat mental health conditions across all age groups (3+). Since 2012 I’ve built insight and empathy across multiple settings, including the psychiatric emergency room, inpatient units, PHPs, IOPs, and outpatient settings. I’m a proud nerd who loves data, evidence-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and therapy. I practice unconditional positive regard: The belief that I will accept and support you regardless of your thoughts, feelings, or behaviors.
